27th Annual Symposium on Ohio Valley Urban and Historic Archaeology



Conference Information

 

The 27th Annual Symposium on Ohio Valley Urban and Historic Archaeology will convene at the Alumni Center, Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana on Saturday, February 28, 2009.  Papers concerning all aspects of regional urban and historical archaeology will be presented at the symposium.  Papers may be submitted for publication in the symposium's journal, Ohio Valley Archaeology, edited by Donald B. Ball.  Information on the journal style sheet is available on request from the editor.   

The BSU Alumni Center will open at 8 am on February 28.  The conference will begin at 9 am and conclude at ca. 5:15 pm.

An informal reception for conference guests will be held at Scotty's Brewhouse beginning at 6 pm Friday evening, February 27.  Scotty's is located at 1700 W. University Ave., ca. two blocks east of the L.A. Pittenger Student Center on the south end of campus.

Saturday Afternoon Reception:

An informal reception will be held Saturday afternoon at Scotty's, immediately following the conclusion of the conference at ca. 5:15.
